Social media is a powerful tool for building a brand and connecting with your audience—but it can also feel overwhelming and time-consuming. In this post, I’m sharing the platforms I use to stay consistent and simplify content creation. I hope these tools can help you do the same!

1. Planoly – For Planning & Scheduling Content

As someone who’s all about the Instagram grid, I swear by Planoly for planning and scheduling my posts. Although Instagram might be releasing a new feature to rearrange your posts on the grid, I’ve been using Planoly to visually plan my feed, schedule posts, and keep everything looking cohesive. I use Planoly to:

  • Visually plan my Instagram feed

  • Schedule posts & auto-publish (for certain platforms)

  • Write captions and save hashtag sets

  • Stay consistent

2. Canva – For Creating Content + Content with Text Overlay

I love Canva! Canva is a game-changer for making content look professional and polished. I use it to create:

  • Digital products + guides

  • Instagram carousels + Reels

  • Reels covers

  • Design concepts, mood boards, and "Shop the Look" collages

With custom templates, brand colors, and drag-and-drop elements, Canva makes it easy to maintain a cohesive aesthetic while saving time.
